2Our Services
AI-Powered Design
We provide an AI-driven platform that generates custom wedding invitation designs based on your preferences, style choices, and wedding details. Our AI creates unique designs, but final artistic direction remains with our human designers.
Customization & Production
After AI generation, you can customize designs with our tools and place orders for physical printing and delivery. Production timelines vary based on complexity and quantity.
3User Accounts & Responsibilities
To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and using our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
4Payments & Refunds
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.
Refund Policy
Digital designs are non-refundable. Physical products may be eligible for refunds if damaged.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Production orders cannot be cancelled.
5Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the personal content you provide (names, dates, photos). By using our services, you grant us a license to use this content to create your wedding stationery.
Our Designs
The AI-generated designs, templates, and platform technology are owned by createAIcard.com. You receive a license to use the final designs for your personal wedding purposes.
6Limitations of Liability
While we strive for perfection in every design, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
8Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
